Shipping policy

Pretty Weaves is committed to delivering your order with good quality packaging within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sundays & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition in the shortest span of time, we ship via Bluedart. If there is no Bluedart courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via other courier services.

What are domestic shipping charges?

We offer free shipping within India for orders over Rs 3,000.

Rs 99 shipping will be charged for orders below Rs 3,000.

We will ship the product within 5 days. 

Our prices are all-inclusive. (GST included) 

What are International shipping charges?

Shipping charges are applicable for overseas shipments. To know the shipping charges outside India, WhatsApp +918939364545. We will check on the International shipping charges and get back to you within 24 hours.

Based on the country of import, our carrier may need to get customs clearance for your goods before delivering them to you. Any additional taxes / import duties / customs charges levied by the country of import will be chargeable to the customer. The customer is liable to reimburse the carrier for any such charges paid by carrier on behalf of customer.

How long does it take for an order to arrive within India?

Orders are dispatched within 5 days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. You will receive the order within 9 working days.

What if I the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please take a photo and video of the product and contact us via WhatsApp at +918939364545 within 12 hours of receiving the order. We will ensure that a replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you return the product to us.
